The new campus was built on 75 hectares at New Khalifa City near Abu Dhabi International Airport. The new campus has a built-up area of 200,000 m2 and provides educational facilities for 6000 students.

The project was developed by the Mubadala Development Company, with the main contractor is a joint venture between BICC (formally Al Habtoor Engineering) and Murray & Roberts.

Core PMC was engaged to conduct a detailed performance review of HVAC systems concentrating on cooling issues post-handover. We provided data logging of temperatures during the rectification together with submission of detailed reports for use in a claims dispute.
